We have retired and are no longer teaching our courses during the day. However, we are teaching the course PA Safety and Emissions in the evening. Please call us at 610-420-0879 to register.
We are proud to announce that we have been approved to accept students under the GI® Bill.
The application was no easy task for us….but neither is being a member of the Military. Thanks to all the Veterans
who have sacrificed so much. We hope to give back by offering a quality education at an affordable price.
Congratulations to Jenny Sassaman on completing our Maintenance and Light Repair Course! Jenny is a Stem teacher in the Automotive TCHS Pennock’s Bridge in Jennersville. Jenny wanted to attend this course to improve her knowledge and skills not just in the classroom but in the “shop” as well. Good luck,Jenny in the coming school year!
Classes start July 9, 2018 for our one year Automotive Technician Training Program.
Small class size, live work for hands-on and tuition: $19,900.
Contact us today to reserve your spot!
Congratulations to Alberto Urbina Villabon for successful completion of our Engine Performance Course. Alberto came to us wanting to improve his diagnostic capabilities. Alberto is a working technician but recognized he needed to know more in order to do more. Alberto may not be considered a “traditional” student but understood that as automobiles continue to change so must today’s automotive technician.

You may be aware that Emission Recertification will only be available
on-line starting in August 2018.
You may Recertify up to 180 days ahead of your expiration date.
So if you expire by January 2019 you need to be here before August 1st, or you will have to take the test on-line.
Here are the dates for our Emission Recertification Course:
July 24 – Last Class
We will still be doing the original PA Emission Certification class for the newcomers and those who forget to recertify as well as
Safety Inspection Class.
We have gotten to know so many great people in these past 20 years and we will miss seeing you. We have had some of the best and brightest students who truly care about understanding the chemistry that goes on under the hood. We wish you the best and thank you for coming to our school.

Please allow us to clear up some confusion about Safety License ReCertification.
- There is no classroom course.
- When you get your 180 day notice from Penndot in the mail go on line to register.
- Publication 45 (the state inspection regulations) is available on line at:
www.dmv.state.pa.us.gov., or here. It is a copy of the law, therefore, it is not written as a textbook. Some folks are more comfortable attending a class. If you insist, we will schedule classes. It will cost $50.00 with no guarantee of passing. The test must still be taken on line.
I personally took my test and found it to be very fairly written and very well presented (user friendly). Be aware:
Category I includes Subchapters ABCDE
Category II includes Subchapters ABCDJ
Category III includes Subchapters ABCDF
Category IV includes the above with respect to your license and the Enhanced Inspection. Material also available on line: www.dmv.state.pa.us.gov., and in the search box put in Enhanced Inspection (about 60 pages or so).
Questions are mixed into one test based upon what certifications you have.
It is TIMED. Do not spend a lot of time on one question. You can come back to it. Set uninterrupted time aside. If you “time out” you fail.
Register for your on line test: www.patrainingportal.com. Have your credit card ready cost @ $59.99. If you pass, congratulations. If you fail you will have to take Alternative II.
Register for your on line test: www.patrainingportal.com. Have your credit card ready cost @ $89.99. This option gives you a course, test and a retest. The “course” is a tutorial that explains the law (Publication 45), in conventional language. If you don’t pass the initial test, you get a free retest. If you fail both of these test in Alternative II you can try the “Full Training Package Retest @ $24.99. If you fail all three tests, you must come to the full State Inspection original course (sorry).
If you still have questions you can go to youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/ParsonsPaVIC or give us a call.
Hope this helps.
